Note that this is recommended for English and English-like scripts (Latin, Greek, and Cyrillic). You want it to be invisible… so that people can get into your story. I'll assume that you are working with ##\LaTeX## and you want the the header that appears at the start of the bibliography to be of a smaller type. If I format any text with Heading 1, it’s substantially larger than the title of the page, and I’d like to change that.
